These terms govern the use of the Realitka platform, self-serve website setup, paid plans, one-time setup services, and tenant website management.
Realitka provides a web platform for creating, operating, and managing business and real estate websites. The service includes CMS, listing management, public website, application hosting, billing, and tools according to the selected plan.
The user creates an account, organization, and tenant website. The trial lasts 30 days, requires a Stripe payment method, and converts to a paid subscription after the trial unless cancelled.
Monthly price, limits, available edits, team features, and domain services follow the plan selected during checkout. One-time setup services are billed separately during the first checkout.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of text, listings, photos, legal details, consents, contact details, and all materials added to the website.
The platform subdomain can work immediately. Connecting a custom domain requires correct DNS setup. Domain purchase through Realitka is available only on selected plans and may require separate price confirmation.
Subscriptions can be managed through Stripe Customer Portal. After cancellation, access remains until the end of the paid period. If payment fails, the public website may be restricted or hidden according to subscription status.
Realitka is responsible for operating the platform within a reasonable SaaS scope. It is not responsible for the client's business results, third-party service availability, errors in supplied content, or legal correctness of client-provided details.
