Privacy in Realitka

We process user identity and contact details, organization details, website settings, client-provided content, Stripe billing identifiers, and data from contact or inquiry forms.

We use data to create and manage accounts, operate tenant websites, process inquiries, handle billing, provide customer support, secure the platform, and comply with legal obligations.

Processing is based mainly on contract performance, legitimate interest in secure service operation, legal obligations, and consent in selected cases.

The service uses trusted providers for infrastructure, databases, email, payments, media storage, analytics, and domain services. Payment data is processed by Stripe, and Realitka does not store full card numbers.

We retain data for the duration of the account or contractual relationship and afterwards as needed for legal claims, accounting, security logs, and statutory obligations.

Data subjects may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@realitka.cz. For data entered into tenant websites, the specific client operating that website may be the controller.
